Shipping and Exchange
At Recruit Manpower, we offer digital service delivery tailored to your recruitment needs. As a digital-first recruitment agency, all our deliverables—such as candidate profiles, recruitment reports, onboarding documents, and related assets—are delivered electronically. We do not provide any physical goods or printed materials.
Digital Shipping of Services
All services and deliverables are “shipped” via:
- Email to the registered business contact
- Client dashboard access (if applicable)
- Secure file-sharing platforms for large or sensitive documents
Once the recruitment process progresses to a certain stage, clients receive timely updates, shortlisted candidate profiles, interview schedules, and relevant documentation in digital format. Delivery timelines are shared at the start of every engagement.
Exchange & Rework Policy
Since our services are customized and non-tangible, there is no exchange for custom deliverables. However, client satisfaction remains our top priority. We do allow limited rework in the following scenarios:
- Mismatch in candidate profiles not aligning with the agreed job criteria
- Errors in documentation due to internal oversight
In such cases, we offer:
- One-time rework or replacement of candidate profiles (within 7 business days of delivery)
- Support in reviewing the talent pool again at no extra cost (if covered under the package terms)
Please note:
- No rework will be entertained if job requirements change post-delivery or due to delayed client communication
- All requests for rework must be made in writing within the specified time frame
No Physical Shipping
Recruit Manpower strictly deals in digital services. There is no physical product shipping involved. Clients will not receive any tangible goods via courier or post.
We encourage clients to thoroughly review job requirements and expectations during onboarding to ensure the best match and smooth delivery process.
